Bright colour teamed with animal print

Bright Animals !

I must that this is my absolute favourite trend at the moment and I don't see it going away too soon. Why? Because it works biatches.
Animal teamed with the flouro limes and yellows is a particularly good combination

Loving this.  Stunning Angelina has it going on with red on her feet

A bit more subtle toning's, classy look

Chanel Fashion Show - Supermarket Style

Chanel takes it to the middle classes ??

Chanels latest fashion extravaganza is very "Stepford Wives" and just a bit fun. Has the economic climate forced Chanel to aim down-low? Did someone whisper in dfskf ear to tell him to aim for, dare I say it, Mums? Well what a way to give it to them, take it to the grocery store. What a total day of fun had by those in attendance and the fashion was spot on too. Someone's a clever dicky.

Winter and White - fresh

I must say, I am in love with the white look this winter. I am even giving it a go myself. Which I normally would reserve for summer. I find myself wondering why I haven't done it sooner.

Some sexy model

Miss Jennifer Aniston

Sydney Fashion Blogger, just to name a few who are rocking out this white winter.

Team with a slouchy boot , to get the Jen look. Target has some fabulous options for white coats and jackets, and at some affordable prices too.

And jump on to Myer to collect these stunning Trent Resort white pants

Have a bit of fun this winter, because even though white isn't a colour, you still feel really brave wearing it.

The heeled moccasin

The heeled moccasin is a strangely classy look. Both masculine and feminine. Easily teamed with jeans and a suit. This is the shoe that can take you straight out of the office to a night on the town. I think we will be seeing a bit more of it for next winter.
Mulberry has done a stunning rendition for winter 2014, below. Although very high, I am sure we will see a low version coming our way through other brands inspired by such craftsmanship.

#Shoes on Scarborough has a couple of versions in store

Thanks xx

Slouch boots - a girls must have for winter

It has certainly been boot weather lately. If, like me you get cold feet, boots are your best friend. It is funny what boots you end up running to most days. I find myself regularly grabbing my pair of kmb slouchy leather boots. Definitely gaining great cost-per-wear on these.

Don't be frightened to wear these, worn correctly they give a comfy, casual appeal to any outfit. Without looking sloppy. And, did I say they are comfy too. Also, very kind for wider calves.

Into summer with a dress.

If they are good enough for Princess Kate, well ! Very handy addition to your boots collection. From what I can see around the fashion noo-whos, slouch boots are getting bigger all the time. We have other styles in store that have this feel to them. So check out the website , or facebook or even webstagram . To see other boots we have xx

Andy Warhol - Shoe Art before the Pop - History

Everyone would know Andy Warhol for his famous pop art pictures, which are depicted all over the place. Probably most memorable is the Campbell's Soup Tin Series or his Marilyn Monroe works.
What most don't know, is that he began his paid work drawing shoes.
Warhol spent most of his early years  working as an illustrator of magazines, books and advertisements to pay the rent. He moved to New York in 1949 and some of his most successful works were for the company I. Miller and Sons. In the mid 50's Warhol held two exhibitions in New York, to help him be recognised as a serious artist. One was of erotic male nudes and the other was of golden slippers, richly and ornately decorated.

He continues to be acknowledged for his works. Most recently at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, which held a exhibition of his works from  the 50's through to the 80's .

Here are some images of his shoe drawings.
